| Brush | With the non-weight foot, brush the toes forward in a sweeping motion |
| Chasse (Side Shuffle) | Step foot to side: Step opposite foot next to original foot; Step original foot to side |
| Coaster Step | A three step movement usually with syncopation. Step back with either foot. Bring the opposite foot next to the original foot and weight it. Step forward with the original foot. |
| Cross-Rock | With weight on one foot, cross-step and rock the opposite foot over it, return to center weighting the original foot (1-2) |
| Grapevine | Step foot to side: Cross opposite foot behind: Step original foot to side: Touch toes of opposite foot to instep of original foot |
| Heel Touch | With weight on either foot, Touch the opposite foot forward (No Weight), Return forward foot to center |
| Heel-Toe | Touch heel of non-weighted foot forward: Touch toes of same foot back past opposite foot |
| Kick-Ball-Change | Kick foot forward: Step ball of same foot slightly back of weighted foot taking the weight: Step opposite foot in place |
| Pivot Turn | A turn where one foot is forward of the other and the turn is made on the balls of the feet changing weight. Feet do not leave floor |
| Rock-Recover | Transfer weight over the opposite foot slightly lifting the back foot. Bring the weight back to the original foot. |
| Toe Switch | With weight on either foot, touch the opposite toe to the side (No weight), Return foot to center changing weight to that foot, Touch the opposite foot to the side (Usually done as a syncopated count- 1 and 2) |
| Toe Touch Back | With weight on either foot, touch or tap the toes of the opposite foot back |

| Sweep Step | Step forward with either foot (1), With the weight on that foot, bring the opposite in a shallow circle around the weighted foot (2), Bring the weight onto moving foot after crossing the original foot (3) |
| Toe-Struts | Touch toe slight forward with weight on opposite foot: While stepping down on the heel, bring the weight to the forward foot |
| Twinkle | A three count movement of crossing either foot over the other(1), Stepping the ball of the opposite foot next to the original crossing foot (2), Stepping on a slight angle with the original foot ie left foot to the left or right foot to the right (3) |
